“I first encountered the Wall of Containment during my very first trip into DarkWood. The wall itself, though not very tall, appeared to be extremely ancient, yet remarkably well constructed and carefully maintained over the years. Apparently, this formidable wall enclosed a vast estate that stretched for hundreds of miles, once owned by the late Lord Rooker Middleton, a figure from history who had passed away around 500 years earlier. On the side of the wall where I stood, all seemed calm and serene, but nothing could have adequately prepared me for the chilling reality of what the wall was holding back. As I climbed up to a small viewing point, I was met by an unexpected sight that would remain etched in my memory. Thousands upon thousands of what appeared to be starfish, each adorned with a huge, bulbous eye, all turned in unison to stare at me with an eerie intensity. Then, before I could react, I witnessed the unmistakable motion as they began to move towards me, like a wave rolling in from an ocean. I would learn later that these creatures are known as the Creeping Infestation, a name that sent shivers down my spine and left me questioning the very nature of the world I had entered”. From the Tales of DarkWoodbyRick.
it was all hands to the Wall of Containment as the EvenClaw's feeding frenzy on the Infestation had collapsed part of the wall. (Micron - Ink)
